Free parking: each Chalet Apartment has 1 free garage space and 1 outside parking space on the doorstep (Chalet House: 2 garage spaces and 2 outdoor spaces)
Storage facilities for bikes and motorbikes in the secure underground garage (only accessible to MountainChalet guests)
Free use of a washing machine and tumble-dryer
Each Chalet-Apartment has either 2 balconies or a terrace with garden and garden furniture.
Fully-equipped kitchenettes with fridge, ice boy, hot-plate, oven, dishwasher, some also with microwave. In addition each apartment has its own selection of appliances such as coffee machines, kettles, egg cookers, toasters, fondue or Raclette equipment etc.
For Kids: free child equipment: travel cot, high chair, bed guard, potty, toilet seat, step. All these can be made available free of charge upon request. Furthermore some of the Chalets have more equipment such as toys, board games, DVDs, books and socket covers.
Everything you need is within walking distance.

Each chalet has 2 free ski lockers (for up to 4 sets of sports equipment within the valley station of the Schönjochbahn,

Summer SPecial (not Included)

With the summer season 2022 a service fee will be charged for the Super. Summer. Card in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. For our guests the Super.Sommer.Card is 5,50€ per night for adults and youths (2007 and older) and 2,75€ per night per kid ( 2008-2016) and will be invoiced separately. For Kids 2017 and younger the SuperSommerCard is included.
