Location: The property is situated at the entrance to Fiss up on the sun terrace high over the upper Inn Valley on a south-facing plateau with a wonderful view over the Tyrolean Alps.  With its proximity to the ski lifts (Schönjochbahn and Möseralmbahn 850m, Waldbahn 1200m) and to the village centre with its businesses and restaurants, the apartment is the ideal starting point for all your activities. The doctor, pharmacy and shops are all in the immediate vicinity.

In our newly-built, generously-proportioned Rostizkogel apartment, 52m2 of wonderful modern décor and high-quality materials guarantee a perfect experience during your stay. A stylishly designed living area with a comfortable sofa-bed and two large bedrooms with double beds provide luxurious accommodation for up to 6 people. A modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC as well as a second separate WC are at your disposal.  A south-facing balcony with a picturesque view of the alpine summits and a second balcony with a view of the ski and hiking areas entire you to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Equipment: Your every wish is met by the equipment in this Chalet Apartment. An oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary gadgets, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, filter-coffee machine, kettle, egg-cooker and toaster are at hand along with cable-TV, two flat-screen TVs, a safe and free WiFi. 

Spa area: The highlight is our communal spa area with sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation area and terrace - all included in the price.
